How to Measure
Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust while keeping the tape level.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips while standing with your feet together.
| Product | Recommendation |

| Leggings | Designed to fit snugly. If between sizes, size up for a more relaxed fit. |
| Shorts | Similar to leggings. If the fabric has little stretch, sizing up may improve comfort. |
| Sports Bras | Use bust measurement first. Fuller busts may prefer sizing up for comfort. |
| Shapewear | Compression fit is intentional. Size up for lighter compression. |
| Loungewear & Sleepwear | Relaxed fit. Usually true to size. |
| Dresses | Choose based on the largest measurement (bust or hips). |
| Swimwear | Designed to fit close to the body. Between sizes? Usually size up. |
