Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7–12 business days
- International: 10–18 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to demand, carrier delays, or customs processing.
Shipping Costs
We offer Free Shipping on all orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after shipment.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll help track it down.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace or refund your order.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
